Our Philosophy
Our qualified and dedicated executive team understand how valuable your time is and how often it’s wasted on administrative tasks that, while they are important, don’t play a direct role in generating sales and income. The Platform was created, to alleviate this pressure with tools and services all placed on one platform. The days of multiple applications and endless software subscriptions are over.
Our Founder
Starting his real estate career over 25 years ago as a sales agent, Randall has worked his way up the ranks and absorbed a wealth of knowledge throughout the journey. After learning all he could as an agent, he became a principal and ended up leading the number one offices for a national franchise group. He led and mentored a team of highly successful agents, while continuing to surpass goals in his own sales career. Backed by everything he had learned from other agents and years of independent experience, Randall then decided to branch out and start his own franchise group. Randall based his company philosophy on a sense of community and attracted over 100 elite agents to join his real estate family. Randall has now gone on to become the CEO of The Property Platform, with the goal of bringing together all professionals in the real estate industry and empowering them to be the best they can be.

Rachael’s extensive knowledge of real estate stems from her years as a successful selling agent. With this experience, her passion evolved to leading a team of recruitment professionals making the recruitment phase simple for Partners to start their journey to success.

Working closely with Partners and customers to deliver the right message is Juanita’s passion. With a Bachelor of Communication, majoring in Public Relations, Juanita and her team understand how important messaging is when promoting a property or a Partner’s reputation.

Exceptionally skilled with an eye for design, Matt is passionate about branding businesses to stand out from their competitors. Heading a team of qualified designers, he uses his extensive design experience from around the world to work with agents and their brands.
